TFL award LGA with three Lots on Framework

We have been appointed to three Lots on Transport for London’s design and engineering framework. TfL selected us for Non-transport Architecture, Commercial Architecture, and Urban Design. The framework will also be used for procurement by the Greater London Authority, all 32 London borough councils and the City of London. It runs until January 2024.

Second LLDC masterplan scheme

Lyndon Goode Architects (LGA) have submitted detailed plans for 31 homes and employment space in Hackney Wick, after winning the project through an invited competition.

The scheme at 119 Wallis Road is part of the Hackney Wick Fish Island Retrospective Masterplan, winner of the 2019 Planning Award for Placemaking at High Densities.
